Credit & Asset Risk

Our team specialises in managing and mitigating risks associated with credit and asset financing. We’re dedicated to making data driven decisions and maintaining a robust risk management framework. We work closely with various departments to assess and monitor credit and asset risks related to our customers, dealerships, and overall portfolio. Our responsibilities include credit strategy development, portfolio management, provisioning, forecasting and asset/residual value risk management.

Business insights

We’re dedicated to leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and optimise business performance. Our team collaborates with various departments to provide valuable insights and recommendations based on in-depth understanding of our business landscape, market trends, and customer needs.

Internal control systems

Remarketing & Supplier Management Services

We play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company achieves the maximum residual value from its vehicles returned at the end of the contract.

The team is responsible for developing and executing effective remarketing strategies that optimise vehicle resale values to mitigate potential losses. We prepare vehicles for sale, setting appropriate reserve prices, and selecting the most suitable sales channels. We’re also responsible for negotiating and managing supplier contracts.

By focusing on cost optimisation and quality assurance, the team ensures that the company receives optimal value from its suppliers.
