“As the Resourcing Business Partner at Volkswagen Financial Services UK, my role is to lead recruitment strategy and delivery across senior hires, apprenticeships, and early careers programmes and work as part of the HR Senior Leadership team. With a background spanning talent acquisition, talent development, project management, and transformation, I believe in a practical and commercially focused approach to hiring and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure VWFS attracts and retains the right people to support its evolving business needs.”

I also support the administration of our temporary staff and contractors' assignments alongside our Managed Service Provider partner. My role is to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, working closely with candidates and hiring teams to deliver a clear, supportive, and well-organised experience from start to finish.”
