We’re looking for a Campaign Product Executive to support the accurate implementation of products and services across all our sales channels, including Retail, Fleet, Digital, and Aftersales.
This detail-oriented role is be instrumental in ensuring campaigns are delivered correctly and on time through precise data input. It plays a pivotal role in managing the operational delivery of New and Used campaign activity, ensuring all campaign elements are accurately set up and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
• Launch campaigns and aftersales products across Point of Sale (PoS) and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial targets.
• Manage and maintain a complex package infrastructure to support Retailers in selling finance products, collaborating with Sales, Quotation Service, and Business Controlling teams.
• Lead operational meetings within the Campaign Product Executive (CPE) team to improve workload management, quality control, and system development.
• Build and price campaigns to support volume delivery through Commit to Purchase/Market cases, stock clearance, ZEV targets, and broker packs.
• Use tools like Business Intelligence (BI) and Campaign Analysis Tool (CAT) to analyse and ensure campaign quality and compliance.
• Prioritise and manage tasks using Salesforce and Power Automate, developing reports to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Deliver Purchase and Lease product propositions across CTP, Value Added Products, Agency, and eCommerce initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and VWFS UK product policies in retailer remuneration and PoS systems.
• Reconcile retailer commissions and ensure timely, accurate payments and reporting in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
• Manage VWG outlet data in Connect Online (CoL) for Retail, Fleet, and Digital channels, ensuring accurate representation.
• Identify and implement PoS system enhancements to improve product and payment controls.
Essential experience & skills:
• Adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of seeing issues through to resolution.
• Commercially minded with solid numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in tools like Excel and Business Objects for data analysis.
