We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with the analysis skills to understand people, processes and technical requirements and shape technology solutions.
This fast paced role will be instrumental in delivering better customer outcomes and reacting quickly to an ever-changing environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll work closely with Product Owners to organise and refine feature backlogs
- Work with the Technical Architects to understand and support detailed design and implementation
- Working with Stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements, dependencies and priorities
- You’ll disseminate information in design documents and backlog tickets, to drive out functional requirements specifications for delivery to the development team
- Supporting the development team in story creation, refinement and story-pointing
- Facilitating workshops to prioritise and schedule story delivery
- You’ll suggest improvements for, and outline the benefits of improvements in production processes and provide process flow documentation.
Essential experience & skills
- You’ll have plenty of experience as a BA within high-performing Agile development teams
- You’re build strong working relationships when working as part of a team to drive out solutions
- A sound understanding of the Financial and Automotive industries will be hugely beneficial
- Able to manage moving deadlines and changing priorities, and maintain a flexible mindset when managing conflicting priorities across the business
- You have experience of delivering IT system requirements specifications and/or Agile story creation
- An understanding of waterfall, iterative, digital and Agile development methodologies
- Kanban framework experience and you have worked with database driven systems
- You have supported complex change projects and produced feasibility studies
