Sales Account Management Undergraduate Placement

• Assist with preparation of sales proposals and processing of orders
• Liaise with Retailers and Brand colleagues to agree/negotiate discounts or group supported campaigns for customers
• Attend customer visits where required; support internal customer visits and Tender presentations
• Direct communication with customers to provide pro-active sales support
• Liaise and build relationships with suppliers, customers and manufacturers
• Working alongside our Field Sales Team, supporting with tenders and vehicle quotations, carry out credit renewal application

• Currently studying a degree in Business, or a related field.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to deal with a variety of tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Able to communicate clearly with the business both verbally and in writing.
• Use own initiative to answer questions and solve queries.
• Take a proactive and flexible approach with the ability to react appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and demands.
• PC literacy – Microsoft office skills.

What our recruitment process looks like:

• Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
• You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
• If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
• If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.

Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
