Customer Operations Executive Undergraduate Placement

• Generate quotations, the preparation of sales proposals and processing of signed orders, all within strict service level agreements to ensure we win and retain Fleet business
• Attend site visits with external account managers, showcasing sales support and responding to their questions
• Be involved in all aspects of looking after our fleet corporate customers and then analysing the service we provide and offering improvement ideas highlighting how we can make that service better

• Ensure contracts are extended or vehicles are booked in for inspection/collection
• Support in reviewing processes and identify potential improvements, assisting with the development and delivery of training activity for new projects and process changes to ensure new ways of working are embedded 

• Well-developed communication skills – verbal and written 
• Self-motivated, ability to work on own and as part of a team 
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to use own initiative through creative thinking, problem solving and critical analysis 
• The ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines 
• Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Advanced PC literacy – Microsoft office skills especially Excel for reporting requirements

What our recruitment process looks like:

• Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
• You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
• If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
• If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.

Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
