Job Title: Training Administration Apprentice
Location: Milton Keynes
Closing Date: 10th October 2025
Salary: £16,000 per annum with an increase to £18,765 in your second year
Contract: 2-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Hybrid working: We want you get the best out of your apprenticeship, so we operate a hybrid policy where apprentices work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.
We’re looking for and motivated and curious individual to join our dynamic Customer Operations Training team as a Training Administration Apprentice. You’ll have the chance to contribute to a fast-paced environment and develop invaluable skills in learning and development and across the full training lifecycle. From designing and delivering impactful learning interventions to evaluating their success—all while working towards a nationally recognised Apprenticeship Standard.

What will you be doing?

Support the full training lifecycle, including updating materials, assisting with training delivery, and gathering feedback to measure success

Contribute to planning and delivering training projects, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation

Co-ordinate induction plans, timetables, and dashboards, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders
What are we looking for?

Maths and English GCSE – grade C or Level 4 and above

A strong desire to learn and develop

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self -motivated, with excellent organisational skills and ability to use own initiative

Intermediate PowerPoint skills, with a passion to develop this in role

Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data and present appropriately

Ability to work both independently and within a team
