SALARY: from £34,080 pa dependent on experience

HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 20% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We’re looking for an Internal Account Manager to Support the General Manager – Retail Contract Hire to establish and own key operational activities, including, but not limited to, actively engaging with stakeholders to explore and drive RCH performance, challenge existing processes, identify areas for improvement and ensuring key relationships are maintained with key strategic areas within VWFS and VWG.

This fast paced role will be instrumental in helping deliver our growth plans.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide dedicated, proactive, internal account management to the Retail Contract Hire channel via the General Manager – Retail Contract Hire.
- Add value at every touch point with key stakeholders within VWFS, VWG and Retailer Partners, updating them on latest product availability and development, value-added products, and operational aspects that will support their business needs.
- Attend regular meetings with key contacts throughout the business that touch Retail Contract Hire, as well as daily operational update meetings and quarterly performance reviews.
- Keep up to date with any environmental, legal, economic, political etc. developments directly impacting VWFS, VWG or Retailers; inform the business of developments seen in the market.
- Collaborate closely with Campaign Product Executives and Assistant Campaign Development Manager on pricing to ensure we are quick to market with new offers.
- Work closely with Brand Managers and Brand Development Managers to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively to drive RCH performance with our VWG brands.
- Be open to any and all new ideas! If you have an idea, bring it to us and help support changes to implement where applicable.
What you’ll bring:
You’ll be a self motivated individual with the ability to take their own initiative to solve problems and successfully implement change within the business. You will have experience within the leasing market, specifically Contract Hire and be able to evidence the ability to build strong internal stakeholder relationships.
Essential experience & skills
- Experience with Retail Contract Hire
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to ever changing environment
- A good knowledge of VW Group Brand product
- Ability to build and manage effective relationships with all levels within VWFS and with Brokers
- High level of time management and organisational skills
- Work under pressure with conflicting deadlines
